Accused of having hired his partner as a parliamentary assistant, the deputy Minot defends himself
Would we blame the deputy (LR) Maxime Minot? At least that’s what he thinks. After the appeal brought by his opponent RN to the legislative elections through which he contests the legality of the use of his motorhome “the Minot-mobile”, the re-elected parliamentarian is hit by a rumor accusing him of having hired his spouse as a parliamentary assistant in 2017 and 2018, just after the vote on the law on the moralization of political life and the Penelope-gate which put an end to the presidential ambitions of François Fillion.
The deputy assures that everything was done in “the greatest legality“and that his collaborator, Raphaël Teuf, hired very temporarily”was not [s]we live togetherat the time of the facts. He explains himself in front of the camera.
