Cost of living premiums: Stellanti is more generous to its employees than Renault

Stellantis is said to be a lot more stingy than Renault. But in the end, Stellantis pays an additional average of 1,400 euros to most of its French employees in October. Here is the outcome of the last session of social negotiations this Tuesday, September 27th. And this in order to face dear life. The group, which emerged from the merger of PSA and FCA (Fiat Chrysler) at the beginning of 2021, grants its employees who earn up to twice the minimum wage, i.e. 60% of the workforce, a “value sharing bonus” of 1,000 euros. Anyone who earns more than twice the minimum wage receives 500 euros. All employees can monetize up to 3 days RTT or an average of 400 euros for a worker and 600 euros for a manager. Ahead of Tuesday’s meeting, walkouts at French factories in Hordain, Douvrin or Valenciennes had multiplied.
