COVID-19: 15 deaths and increase in hospitalizations

The latest figures from Quebec public health report 15 new deaths linked to COVID-19 and an increase of 62 hospitalizations.

In detail, there are 2,148 hospitalizations, including 724 due to COVID-19, an increase of 62 compared to the previous day.

Sixty-one people are still in intensive care, including 31 due to COVID-19, an increase of two from the previous day.

In the health network, 6,580 health care workers are absent for reasons related to COVID-19.

1,767 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded across the province, according to the government report. Remember that the number of cases listed is not representative of the current situation, since access to screening centers is reserved for priority clienteles.
