COVID-19: 18 new deaths

The latest figures from Quebec public health report 18 new deaths linked to COVID-19, and a decrease of 10 hospitalizations across the province.

In detail, there are 2,136 hospitalizations, including 725 due to COVID-19, a decrease of 10 compared to the previous day.

Sixty-seven people are in intensive care, including 31 with COVID-19. This number is stable compared to the previous day.

In the healthcare network, 5,049 healthcare workers are absent for reasons related to COVID-19.

1,389 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded across the province, according to the government report. Remember that the number of cases listed is not representative of the current situation, since access to screening centers is reserved for priority clienteles.
