COVID-19: nearly forty admissions to intensive care

Quebec reports an increase of three people in intensive care, for a total of 39 patients admitted to these units. As for general hospitalizations, the province recorded an increase of 147 people, for a total of 1,441 people currently bedridden in hospitals.

Regarding new infections, 1356 new cases are reported. However, it should be noted that the number of cases listed is not representative of the current situation, since access to screening centers is reserved for priority clienteles.

In the health network, 6,659 workers are still absent for reasons related to COVID-19.
