Emergency meeting of Ukraine’s Security Council on Friday
KIEV (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will chair an emergency National Security Council meeting on Friday at which “fundamental decisions” will be made, the council’s secretary said on Thursday, on the eve of Moscow’s expected annexation of four regions of the country. According to Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, “important and, in my opinion, fundamental decisions for our country” are being made. Danilov, who was interviewed by Ukrainian channel 1+1, did not give any details.
