France/Bornes: The British ICG invests 240 million euros in Zeplug

PARIS (Reuters) – British asset manager Intermediate Capital Group PLC (ICG) has decided to invest €240 million in Zeplug, a French specialist in charging station services for condominiums and office buildings, the two companies announced on Wednesday. Following this investment, made through its infrastructure fund, ICG will become a majority shareholder in Zeplug alongside historical shareholder Clenergia. Founded in 2014, Zeplug has equipped 6,000 condominiums in France to date.
