This is not the newest product. And yet it still proves to be useful. This bluetooth tracker, hidden under your saddle, will give you a good chance of finding your faithful steed once it has been stolen. The story of my stolen bike for the first time had already been told here for Challenges. It turns out that the tracker came back into service and allowed me to find this same bike a second time. This time, I could not count on the help of the police, and I had to learn how to use a cordless grinder in order to be able to get hold of my bike, the police refusing to move in order to to help me get it back. Usually cycle professionals advise to reserve 10% of the price of the bike for locks or devices to find it. This Invoxia Bike Tracker will cost you 119 euros.
the business model d’Invoxia essentially operates through agreements with companies. She is currently developing a connected collar for pets to detect possible heart problems. “The smart dog collar integrates GPS tracking of dogs with also tracking of their activity using a radar sensor to fetch information on their biometric activity, specifies Amélie Chaudron, CEO of Invoxia. You should know that 10 to 20% of dogs have heart problems.

Smart cycling trips with Geovelo
Go from point A to point B, staying on a cycle path, while staying dry if possible. Created in 2010, in Tours, the Geovelo application offers to facilitate the use of the bicycle on a daily basis thanks to a free application. The objective is clear: to guide cyclists on roads with cycle facilities or on lanes with little traffic.
The application was originally based on an association. It intends to become more professional following a fundraising of four million euros from Natixis’ investment fund, Seventure Partners, and the Banque des Territoires. If Geovelo already covers 40 agglomerations in France, the funds must make it possible to accelerate and increase use. “650,000 people have registered in the application since its launch, details Ronan Bouquet, the general manager of Geovelo. We have 200,000 unique users each month, who make at least one trip on the application.” If the user experience can confuse the first comer, it is being improved.
